Forget Password Feature in Two Accounts Web

The Forget Password feature allows users to securely reset their password if it is lost or forgotten.

How It Works

• Built-in Administrator Reset: The built-in Administrator user is able to reset their password using this feature. If you forget the Administrator password, use the "Forget Password" link on the login page to initiate the reset process or from "Forget Password" button desktop gui.

Configuring Email for Password Reset

For the Forget Password feature to function correctly, the system must be configured with valid SMTP email credentials. This allows the application to send password reset emails to users.

1. Where to Configure:

   • Navigate to the Change Password section via the following URL:
     http://127.0.0.1:8989/change-password-form

2. SMTP and Email Credentials:

   • SMTP and Email credentials in Change Password and credentials in Settings > Email Settings > SMTP server might be same.
